Holistic Baby Sleep Coach

Hey, I’m Katie. I’m a holistic sleep coach, trained through the Holistic Sleep Programme with Dr Lyndsey Hookway, a globally respected leader in infant sleep, lactation, and family well-being, the highest level of training in the UK.

But before anything else, I’m a mum to two little live wires just 18 months apart and it’s motherhood that led me here.

My first pregnancy was high-risk, involving a lengthy hospital stay and the arrival of my baby prematurely. The experience had a profound impact on my mental health, leading to postpartum anxiety that naturally spilled into sleep. Like so many parents, I searched desperately for answers, consuming vast amounts of information, much of which only added pressure, confusion, and self-doubt rather than support.​

Just nine months later, I found myself pregnant again. Suddenly, I was parenting two babies and navigating extreme sleep deprivation alongside the very real emotional and physical challenges that come with it. Both of my children experienced their own sleep struggles, and through supporting them, I discovered the immense value of responsive, biologically normal approaches to sleep, including co-sleeping.

These experiences shaped everything.
