The beauty of my holistic approach is that support is never out of reach. Because I work virtually, I am able to guide and empower families anywhere in the world from the comfort of their own homes. Whether you are navigating the early weeks or looking for gentle guidance as your little one grows, we can connect through video calls and digital support no matter where you are located.

Local In-Home Support

For those living a little closer to me, I am also able to offer in-home support. There is something truly special about being in your space and observing your family’s unique rhythm first-hand.

I travel across Southampton and many of the surrounding areas to provide in-person guidance. This includes:

  • The New Forest: Ashurst, Lymington, Lyndhurst, and Brockenhurst.

  • Hampshire Towns: Romsey, Winchester, Eastleigh, and Hedge End.
